1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to play. The game is not intended for anyone under 18.

2. Entertainment only — no real money

Crazy Rummy is for entertainment only. Coins, diamonds and items are virtual, are usable only inside the game, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred outside the game, or exchanged for money or prizes of monetary value. The game offers no real-money rewards.

3. Your account

Keep your login safe. Guest accounts are tied to the device; if you log out or lose the device, a guest account cannot be recovered. The game currently offers guest sign-in only. You can delete your account at any time (see our account deletion page); deletion starts a 7-day cooling-off period and then cannot be undone.

4. Fair play and conduct

Cheating, collusion, use of unauthorised software, exploiting bugs, and abusive or unlawful behaviour (including in chat and gifts at the table) are not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and only unlock virtual items for use in the game. We do not receive or store your card or payment details; we receive only purchase confirmation data (product, time, transaction ID). Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their policies; refunded purchases may be reversed in the game. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

7. Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the game.
