18+ only. For entertainment only. No real money. Crazy Rummy is a social card game. Coins, diamonds and items exist only inside the game, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. The game offers no real-money prizes.
What we collect
- Account data: a player ID; a guest account identifier tied to your device (the game currently signs you in as a guest). On Android and iOS this is a random device identifier generated by the game and stored on your device. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID), we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
- Profile: Your nickname is generated by the game (or set by you where available), and your avatar is assigned from built-in images. We do not collect photos or files from your device.
- Device and log data: device model, OS and app version, device identifier, IP address and security/usage logs. We do not collect your precise or approximate location. Your IP address is used only for security, anti-cheating (for example, preventing players from the same IP sitting at one table) and fraud prevention.
- Purchase data: Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not receive or store your card or payment details; we receive only purchase confirmation data (product, time, transaction ID) to verify the purchase and deliver your items. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their policies; refunded purchases may be reversed in the game.
- Gameplay data: game records, progress, balances of virtual coins, diamonds and items, rewards, club membership, and in-game messages and gifts you send or receive at the table. Table chat and quick phrases are relayed in real time to players at the same table and are not stored. Gift purchases are recorded as virtual-currency transactions (amount, time, transaction ID).
How we use it
To run your account, save your progress, verify purchases, send in-game messages and notices, prevent cheating and abuse, keep the service secure, answer support requests, and improve the game.
Third-party services
We use Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple StoreKit (iOS) as platform payment services for in-app purchases. Apple and Google each process payment data under their own privacy policies. The game does not show advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with these service providers, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Device, IP and security logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted, except entries on our anti-cheating and fraud-prevention lists (for example blocked IP addresses or devices), which are kept for as long as needed to protect the service and other players. See "Deleting your data" for what happens when you delete your account.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by submitting a request on our account deletion page. After you confirm, your account enters a 7-day cooling-off period; signing in during this period cancels the deletion. When the period ends, your account is closed and personal data is removed or anonymised: profile, nickname and avatar, linked sign-in identifiers (guest/device) and profile details. Some records may be kept in a form that no longer identifies you, such as purchase and game transaction records needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Logs not tied to your account are deleted on the 90-day schedule above.
Children
The game is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
Applicable law
We handle personal data in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
Contact and grievances
For questions, requests to access, correct or delete your data, or complaints, email neofieldglobal@gmail.com or use the Support entry in the game.
