You can request deletion of your account and the data linked to it at any time. This page is the public deletion request page for Crazy Rummy on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
The path is the same on Android and iOS.
Email neofieldglobal@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your Player ID) with the subject "Delete my account". We will review your request and reply by email.
After the 7-day cooling-off period, your account is closed and cannot be recovered. We delete or anonymise your profile (nickname, avatar, profile details), linked sign-in identifiers (guest/device) and related account information. Virtual coins, diamonds and items are lost.
Purchase and game transaction records (purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, which keep their own payment records under their own policies) needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance may be kept in anonymised form that no longer identifies you. Device, IP and security logs not tied to your account are deleted automatically after 90 days, except entries on our anti-cheating and fraud-prevention lists, which are kept for as long as needed to protect the service.
Crazy Rummy is for entertainment only (18+). It uses virtual coins that have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. See our Privacy Policy.
